This is a key regional leadership role responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, strategic support to business leaders, and continuous improvement of financial operations across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnering
- Work closely with the regional management team to provide insights on business performance, financial risks, and opportunities;
- Support commercial and operational decisions with sound financial analysis and forward-looking recommendations;
- Lead regular financial reviews and coordinate cross-functional discussions with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams;
- Foster a collaborative, agile approach between finance and business units.
Financial Control & Compliance
- Oversee all finance and accounting activities across the region, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to IFRS;
- Supervise the preparation of statutory and management accounts, ensuring alignment with global policies;
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and high-quality audits;
- Strengthen internal control processes and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
Management Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver monthly management and group financial reports with clear analysis of key drivers and performance indicators;
- Ensure consistency and quality of financial data across all markets;
- Translate financial insights into clear actions for senior management and global stakeholders.
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the full budgeting and forecasting cycle (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) across the Eurasia cluster;
- Monitor actual results versus budget, highlighting trends, risks, and areas for improvement;
- Support the business in identifying efficiency opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and payment processes across the region;
- Improve treasury efficiency and ensure reliable cash forecasting and control;
- Coordinate with banks and HQ to align on funding and working capital initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a Finance Director / CFO role;
- Background in pharma, FMCG, or manufacturing industries;
- Strong understanding of IFRS, financial planning, audit, and compliance;
- Experience managing multi-country financial operations (Eurasia / CIS preferred);
- Proficiency in SAP or 1C, with solid analytical and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel);
- Fluent English; proven ability to operate within an international matrix organization;
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Scope: Eurasia (Central Asia, Caucasus, and adjacent markets)
