We are looking for talented individuals with Delta CRM Support Engineer to join our team
Primary Focus:
- Provide first- and second-level support for Delta CRM-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and implement updates.
- Assist users with Delta CRM functionalities, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and vendors for escalations and enhancements.
- Manage user access, roles, and security within the Delta CRM platform.
- Analyze and improve workflows and automation processes.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new Delta CRM features or upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Delta M or other collection CRM software will be plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Understanding of Delta CRM architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience with support ticketing systems and SQL knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
