Collect Group Holdings CY Ltd is a Cyprus-based holding company operating across fintech and digital asset services, including licensed subsidiaries such as Collect & Exchange and Collect & Pay.
Our group focuses on providing innovative and compliant financial and crypto-related solutions across multiple jurisdictions. We are expanding our finance team and looking for an experienced accountant to support the group’s Cyprus operations, primarily for Collect & Exchange CY Ltd.

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to support daily accounting work.

Responsibilities

• Daily posting of entries in E-Soft.

• Processing supplier invoices and payments.

• Recording bank transactions and supporting reconciliations.

• Maintaining proper filing of documents (physical + digital).

• Assisting with month-end close.

• Supporting the Financial Controller with simple reports.

• Handling basic admin tasks related to finance.

Requirements

• Accounting knowledge.

• Experience with E-Soft or other accounting software is a plus.

• Solid attention to detail.

• Able to follow instructions and keep accurate records.

• Basic Excel skills.

• Greek / English required.

• Degree in Accounting or related field.

• 2 years of relevant experience.
