This is a strategic and highly responsible position. The employee will actively participate in supporting and leading strategic initiatives across the Central Asian markets, considering regional, legal, and linguistic specificities. This includes leading operational, financial, and legal streams, crucial for market entry and long-term business success. The employee will need to make independent decisions based on the consolidation of analytical, legal, and other types of information. These decisions should be grounded in a comprehensive market assessment, considering the specifics of countries such as Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and, in the future, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. A key aspect of this role includes close collaboration with the Central Asia Regional Board of Directors for the preparation, coordination, and approval of strategic decisions. The employee will also be responsible for ensuring alignment of the Central Asian market's actions with global departments, such as Marketing, Planning, and I&S, while initiating and agreeing on strategically important initiatives within the project framework.
EducationBachelor’s degree in project management, supply chain will be an advantage
Experience5+ years in international project management, preferably with experience in packaging, regulatory compliance, or supply chain management
