We are looking for a strong, hands-on Product Owner to lead the development and growth of our Car Loans product — from MVP to scale. You will own the full product lifecycle: customer research, pricing and unit economics, underwriting logic, dealer partnerships, operational processes, and regulatory alignment. Your mission: build the most seamless and profitable auto loan product in the market.

Product Strategy & Delivery

  • Define and own the product roadmap for Car Loans (new and used vehicles).

  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and deliver features on time with high-quality output.

  • Build and scale the MVP through rapid iterations, experiments, and data-driven decisions.

Customer & Market Understanding

  • Conduct customer discovery, interviews, competitive research, and pain-point analysis.

  • Understand dealership and marketplace ecosystems.

  • Identify key value propositions for customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.

Credit & Risk Architecture

  • Work with Risk to define eligibility rules, PD/LGD assumptions, collateral valuation rules, LTV matrix, underwriting flows, and early-warning triggers.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (CBU) and best practices in secured lending.

Unit Economics & Pricing

  • Build and maintain financial models: APR/IRR structure, COR, CoF, NPL/roll-rate impact, dealer commissions and incentives.

  • Own pricing experiments — balancing marketing rate vs real yield, fees, insurance structures, and optionality.

Dealer & Partner Integration

  • Develop scalable processes for onboarding, training, and supporting dealer partners.

  • Collaborate on API integrations with car marketplaces, valuation tools, and insurance partners.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Credit Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.

  • Drive alignment across teams — from KYC flows to payout processes to collateral management.
