There is open vacancy for the position of Back/Middle Office Specialist to the finance department in offshore bank.

As of now the company continues to expand its services and compliance infrastructure to accommodate global clients with streamlined digital banking tools.
Responsibilities
- Execute client payments and monitor their proper settlement.
- Liaise with clients and counterparties regarding payments and documentation.
- Create and maintain client dossiers and files for financial transactions.
- Review and process financial documents in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and support internal back-office and middle-office processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to approve and reconcile transactions.
- Calculate Open Currency Position and assess Net Assets in accordance with internal standards.
- Work confidently with large volumes of data and perform financial calculations using Google Sheets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in banking, payment systems or financial institutions is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of payment operations, financial calculations, and document workflows.
- Proven ability to calculate Open Currency Position and Net Assets.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets, including working with large datasets and financial formulas.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and high sense of responsibility.
- Higher education in finance, economics, banking, or equivalent work experience in the field.
- Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for professional communication.
