Обязанности: - Responsibilities of the Contracts Specialist include the financial monitoring and control of the contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained and the Company's procedures and objectives are achieved.
- Build and maintain relationships with both the client and external customers.
- Ensure that works are carried out in a manner which minimizes community impact.
- Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures
- Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team Ensure a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of the project
- Produce and analyze progress reports, updated costs and forecasts.
- Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors Implement the risk management process, review risk register and check risk controls Review the CVRs monthly with the project teams, implementing necessary actions
- Complete and distribute the Contract Initiation/Completion form for each project
- Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out, and look ahead programs are in place
- Chair and attend internal and external meetings and ensure the production of accurate records of any discussions and actions
- Review the tender documents and contractual documents within the project execution phase.

- Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
- Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
- Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
- Managing construction schedules and budgets
- Dealing with any unexpected costs
- Attending site meetings to monitor progress
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
- Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
- Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
- Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
- Overseeing invoicing at the end of the month and at the end of the project.
Candidate Profile:
Education
Higher Technical Education (University Degree in Engineering, Bachelor of Science, etc.) in the field of activity or equivalent.
Qualification/Certification:
Primavera, and MS Project training and Certification
Mandatory Experience:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the discipline concerned.
Work experience (at least 1 project) in a similar position from Customer side in EPCC projects in an energy sector, oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, international pipeline systems or other project of similar scope and complexity)
Required Competencies:
Customer oriented – Able to work with less supervision and under pressure.
Have effective time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality control system.
Expert ability in report writing, business and technical correspondence and data analysis
Proficiency in operating MS-Office tools and English language.
Language Proficiency:
1. English: Advanced communication skills in reading writing, and speaking is mandatory
2. Russian: Advanced communication skills in reading writing, and speaking is mandatory
