We are looking dynamic Commercial Manager in sustainable EdTech company dedicated to nurturing expert thinkers. This role is a perfect fit for a hands-on individual who can both develop and implement strategy while also executing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial business plan (both sales and marketing) to achieve specific growth targets.
  • Oversee all marketing activities to clarify product offerings and execute campaigns.
  • Drive sales from lead generation to after-sales support.
  • Leverage a definite educational network to identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Manage overall commercial operations to meet expansion plans.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and execute the commercial business plan.
  • Conduct market research, stay on top of market trends, and build strategic stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage the commercial budget and report on progress directly to the SEO.

Qualifications:

  • Proven commercial management experience, with a strong background in the EdTech sector.
  • An existing and well-established professional network within the educational community.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • A genuine passion for education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
