Mas'uliyat:

• Full accounting and tax reporting for the company (CIT, VAT, AIFC reporting).

• Preparation of financial statements.

• Submission of mandatory subsoil user reports:

o Annual license reports (geological exploration work, investments, results).

o Geological exploration cost reports.

• Payroll management – calculation, accruals, and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and related deductions in compliance with legislation and company policy.

• Liaising with external auditors and consultants.

• experience in mining

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in an international company, AIFC-registered company, and subsoil user.

• Certificate “professional accountant

  • Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan accounting and tax legislation, IFRS standards, and subsoil user reporting requirements.

  • Ability to manage multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange operations.

  • Experience with accounting software (1C) and advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

  • Attention to detail, discipline, responsibility, and analytical mindset.

  • English – at least intermediate, for work with international counterparties, shareholders, and financial reporting.
