Position: Business Assistant/Marketing Assistant/Sales Assistant/Executive Assistant/
Location: Remote (Work for a US company, Pacific Time Zone)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the CEO in various administrative and operational tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership of a leading American company, engaging with US customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, including strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience with various digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and conduct sales stand-up meetings.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Gather and compile reports from the team and contractors.
• Assist with onboarding and hiring processes.
• Maintain and update reports and dashboards.
• Utilize tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Docs, Presentations, and Miro effectively.
• Create and edit complex texts for various purposes.
• Execute sales and marketing tasks, including:
- Outreach and attending customer and partnership meetings.
- Writing terms of reference for contractors.
- Creating and maintaining campaigns such as email campaigns, and social media campaigns.
- Working with digital tools for digital marketing and sales.
• Use AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure clear and respectful communication within the team.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation.
• Assist with project management and coordination of various initiatives.
• Draft and edit complex texts and documents.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales and digital marketing assisting, with a thorough understanding of the sales process and a full range of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, web design, targeting, PPC, etc.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Notion, Google Sheets, Docs, Presentations, and Miro.
• AI Tools: Advanced experience with AI tools, including not only tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity but also the ability to create more advanced integrations using Zapier.
• Language: Fluent/Advanced in spoken and written English and Russian.
• Time Zone: Ability to work in the Pacific Time (ET) zone.
• Internet: Reliable internet connection with the capability to participate in video meetings.
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to show face in meetings.
