We are looking for a motivated Fleet Department Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage fleet documentation (registration, insurance, inspection, permits, etc.)

• Track maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs or service appointments

• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s fleet management system

• Assist with onboarding new trucks and drivers into the fleet system

• Communicate with vendors, repair shops, and leasing companies

• Support the dispatch and safety departments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or trucking industry (1 year preferred)

• Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or fleet management software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
