Product Manager (Mitel / Unified Communications)

We specialize in Wi-Fi, Unified Communications (UC), and cybersecurity systems.
Our vendor portfolio includes industry leaders such as Sophos, Mikrotik, Netgear, Tiandy, Mitel, and others.

We are seeking a Brand & Product Manager for the Mitel (Unified Communications) direction — a professional who will drive the product line together with the vendor, support the sales team in technical presales, and help shape solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with the Mitel vendor: participate in trainings, gather product updates, and coordinate joint activities.

• Support the sales team with product expertise: solution design, project specifications, and presales assistance.

• Participate in presales activities — preparing technical offers, pilot testing, and conducting product presentations.

• Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate pricing discussions with the vendor.

• Analyze market trends and prepare business and marketing plans.

• Develop and manage joint marketing programs with the vendor (rebates, MDF funds, webinars, partner events).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B IT, telecom, system integration, or UC solutions.

• Experience with solutions from vendors such as Mitel, Unify, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, NEC, Iskratel is a plus;

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher — for direct communication with the vendor and working with technical documentation.

• Technical education (Information Technology, Telecommunications, Radio Engineering, or related fields).

• Solid understanding of key technologies:

  • VoIP, SIP, H.323, IP telephony, SIP Trunking;

  • UC and contact center platforms (Mitel, Unify, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, NEC, Iskratel, etc.);

  • Integration technologies: LDAP, Active Directory, API, Web Services;

  • Basic IT infrastructure: LAN/WAN, VPN, proxy, firewall, networking.

• Analytical mindset, structured communication, and strong self-management skills.

• Initiative, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.

Would Be a Plus:

• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent from Mitel, Avaya, Unify, Alcatel-Lucent, etc.

• Experience in UC / IP telephony integration projects.

• Previous experience working for a distributor or system integrator.
