We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist who’s passionate about people and loves the challenge of connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities.

In this role, you’ll partner with managers across departments to understand their needs, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for every candidate. You’ll also have the chance to explore creative sourcing approaches, and bring your ideas to life in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualification requirements

• 1+ year of recruitment experience
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organized, and energetic mindset

Duties

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various positions.
• Collaborate closely with managers to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Source proactively and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Create a positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
• Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
