✅ Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategy.

• Manage company accounts on:
  Telegram (Channels, Groups, Bots, Telegram API tools), WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages & Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (optional).

• Create visual and text content for posts, stories, reels.

• Graphic design using Canva (or similar design tools).

• Video editing (basic–professional level).

• Set up and manage targeted ads on Facebook/Instagram, Telegram Ads, and other platforms.

• Prepare monthly content plans and posting schedules.

• Analyze performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, lead conversion).

• Build and grow communities, increase followers, manage comments & messages.

• Manage CRM tools and reporting systems (Google Sheets / Excel).

• Research and monitor competitors, market trends, and audience interests.

• Generate leads via channels, groups, marketplaces, and job platforms.

• Work with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.

✅ Key Requirements:

Must-have Professional Skills:

• Strong experience managing Telegram channels, groups, bots, and working with Telegram API / automation tools.

• Experience using Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram).

• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.

• Ability to create content in Canva (designing posts, stories, banners).

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Filmora or similar).

• Copywriting skills to write catchy captions and announcements.

• Understanding of target audience identification, targeting, marketing funnels, and boosting.

• Knowledge of lead generation strategies (organic + paid).

Plus / Advantage:

• Experience in recruiting or HR marketing.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO basics, or email marketing.
