Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles.
- Manage and organize candidate databases and job applications.
- Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Support visa and documentation processes for international candidates.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain records.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Requirements
- student or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree is a plus) is needed.
- Strong communication skills in English (IELTS 6+) and Russian (C1)
- Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office, data entry).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
