PR Manager

Draft and edit press releases, media articles, and brand PR materials in Russian and Uzbek, including basic English – Russian and English – Uzbek translation tasks.

Develop and implement media relations strategies for the Uzbekistan market; proactively build and maintain strong relationships with mainstream, industry, and digital media outlets.

Monitor and analyze brand-related public sentiment and media coverage, providing regular analytical reports and actionable recommendations.

Support the planning and execution of press events, media interviews, and other PR activities, ensuring effective communication outcomes.

Contribute to brand communication strategies and content planning, enhancing the company’s brand visibility and reputation in the local market.

Maintain close coordination with headquarters and local PR teams to ensure message consistency and successful project delivery.

Job main requirements:

Language Skills: Native or fluent proficiency in Uzbek and Russian with excellent writing skills; English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or media; solid understanding of PR processes and media operations.

Local Expertise: Deep understanding of the Uzbekistan media landscape, with established media contacts and proven collaboration experience.

Project Management: Strong planning and organizational abilities; capable of independently managing projects, tracking progress, and delivering results.

Communication: Clear thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong cross-cultural communication and coordination capabilities.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Lark).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international brands, PR agencies, or large internet companies;
• Strong insight into digital media and emerging PR trends;
• Experience in crisis communication management is a plus.
