Media Buyer (Live streaming, 18+)

We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to drive paid and organic traffic acquisition for an adult live streaming and engagement platform. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of targeting, retargeting, and performance optimization, comfortable working with adult traffic sources and alternative social growth tactics.

Key responsibilities:
-Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across adult traffic networks, RTB platforms, and mainstream channels
- Manage end-to-end funnel performance: from user acquisition through conversion and retention
- Execute retargeting and lookalike strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to improve traffic quality and conversion rates
- Identify and scale non-traditional social traffic opportunities (trending on Reddit, TikTok, Instagram & etc.)
- Test and evaluate new publishers, formats, and tools to expand reach and efficiency.

Requirements:
-3+ years of media buying experience, ideally in adult verticals, dating, or live cam products
- Proven success in targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of adult publishers, ad networks, and compliance nuances
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including limitations and best practices for adult-oriented campaigns
- Familiarity with RTB setup and optimization
- Experience generating traffic via social platforms (Reddit, TikTok, Instagram) + outside of standard paid media buying big plus
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack, or similar).

Nice to have:
- Background in webcam, content subscription, or creator monetization platforms
- Experience with fraud detection, traffic scoring, or conversion attribution systems
- Understanding of funnel mechanics and user engagement KPIs.
