Group IFRS Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of Gorilla Group consolidated financial statements under IFRS for multiple jurisdictions (15+ countries)

• Own and maintain Group accounting policies in line with IFRS, ensuring consistent application across

subsidiaries.

• Advise CFO and management on the accounting treatment of complex transactions (M&A, revenue

recognition, financial instruments, leases, impairments, etc.).

• Coordinate and manage the audit process with external auditors, ensuring timely completion and high-

quality reporting.

• Implement and monitor internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Act as IFRS subject-matter expert, training and supporting finance teams across different countries.

• Drive improvements in reporting processes, systems (SAP HANA), and group-wide reporting

consistency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience, including Big4 audit background (Senior

Manager/Director level) and in-house corporate role.

• Strong expertise in IFRS (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).

• Solid background in group consolidations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing with multi-country

operations.

• Excellent knowledge of financial instruments, M&A, and complex accounting issues.

• Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders and auditors.

• Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) is a strong advantage.

• Outstanding analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
