Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to ascertain what are the needs for the business and the people;
Prepare annual L&D plan, budget and run it’s execution;
Evaluate and measure training activity;
Work with external suppliers who deliver training services;
Administrate L&D activities;
Coordinate L&D process for Eurasia Cluster.
Knowledge and Skills:
High education
Previous work experience on same position at least 1 year (L&D experience is must)
Excel advanced user
Good analytical and communication skills
Team player, result oriented and eager to learn
Stress resistant
Able to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines and provide high quality output
Multitasking skills is must
English – from Intermediate level
Experience in delivering of soft skills trainings will be an advantage, but we expect a Candidate to have desire to be a Tutor
Excellent project management skills
