Mission
Develop, optimize, and support 1C:ERP systems to ensure seamless production planning, warehouse management, and real-time data integration. Deliver stable, efficient, and automated 1C solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and business transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Development: Build and maintain 1C:ERP 2.x / 1C:UNF configurations in EDT — modules, forms, registers, queries, print forms, and access control (RLS).

• System Integration: Connect ERP with MES, PDM (BOMs, norms, actuals), Client-Bank, and other systems via REST/JSON, Excel, or CSV.

• Planning (MRP/MPS/CRP): Configure planning logic, automate purchase and production proposals, and monitor material shortages.

• Production Accounting: Implement shop-floor tracking (individual/team tasks), mobile interfaces, and real-time reporting.

• Warehouse Management (WMS): Enable address-based storage, barcode scanners, and mini-inventories to ensure stock accuracy.

• Purchasing & Finance: Maintain end-to-end document traceability (Order → Request → Purchase → Payment) and support payment workflows.

• Quality Control: Develop defect tracking and Pareto reporting linked to production operations.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Create management reports — open orders, plan vs. actual, stock levels, and production KPIs (OEE).

• DevOps for 1C: Use Git for versioning, perform code reviews, manage releases, migrations, and introduce basic CI/CD automation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, production, QC, and finance teams; train users and maintain documentation.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong experience with 1C:Enterprise 8.3, 1C:ERP 2.4/2.5, or 1C:UNF — manufacturing, MRP, warehouse, and costing modules.

• Skilled in EDT + Git development workflow (branching, merging, releases).

• Solid knowledge of queries, registers, SKD, and performance optimization.

• Experience with RLS/roles, access control, and audit configuration.

• Experience with HTTP/REST, scheduled tasks, and external data exchange (Excel, CSV).

• Practical knowledge of PDM/BOM integration (SolidWorks PDM, Excel).

• Understanding of WMS, barcode/terminal systems, and inventory processes.

• Basic experience with SQL or PostgreSQL administration.

• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban).

Nice-to-Have

• Automated testing with Vanessa Automation or xUnitFor1C, CI/CD via GitLab/Jenkins.

• Experience with MES, OEE, or telemetry data collection.

• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Metabase).

• Understanding of Lean, TOC, or DDMRP concepts.

• Experience with 1C mobile client, QR/barcode printers, or multi-organization setups.
