Work in a fast growing AI-powered accounting & tax startup in UAE. We remove compliance headaches so founders can focus on growth. You will work with a proven leadership team (we built 20,000+ client accounting firms before) in a dynamic market (tax changes in UAE have created urgent demand).
About the Role
Join as one of the first SDRs building our top-of-funnel pipeline for the UAE market. This is primarily outbound with fast speed-to-lead on inbound. You’ll research, call, WhatsApp, email and DM, qualify quickly, and book meetings for our Business Development team.
Responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound across phone / WhatsApp Business / email / LinkedIn
- Research and prioritize ICP lists (UAE SMEs, recent registrations, free-zone founders)
- Qualify using BANT (need, timing ≤60 days, budget/fit, decision-maker)
- Book qualified meetings and write crisp call notes in CRM
- Handle common objections; disqualify fast when misaligned
- Maintain CRM hygiene and sequence discipline; hit daily activity SLAs
What “Good” Looks Like
- ~100 qualified meetings/month
- 100–125+ new-lead touches/day

- Fluent English (B2-C1 level)andArabic or Hindi
- Confident cold-caller; high-volume outbound experience; results-driven mindset
- Coachable, process-driven; passionate about sales
