Engineer – Architectural Engineering (ОАЭ, Дубай)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate architectural design documents including drawings, layouts, materials, and specifications.
- Ensure all architectural works comply with UAE regulations, codes, and international standards.
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, and civil teams.
- Perform design assessments to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability of buildings.
- Conduct site inspections to verify execution against approved architectural designs.
- Communicate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input throughout project phases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software (SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, sustainability requirements (LEED, Estidama), and architectural detailing.
- Excellent communication and technical coordination skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
