About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Project Manager, someone who can connect the dots between strategy, creative execution, and measurable results.

This position combines project management, creative direction, quality control, and reporting. You’ll ensure that every piece of content, from the concept to post , is well-planned, on-brand, and delivered on time across several companies and brands in the logistics industry.

This is not a purely administrative position, we’re looking for someone who understands marketing workflows, can manage a creative team, and drives fast, consistent, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Planning:

  • Manage the content calendar across multiple company brands (official, HR, and sub-brands).
  • Coordinate daily work across designers, copywriters, videographers, and community managers.
  • Plan and track shooting days, content production, and publishing schedules.
  • Set deadlines, monitor task completion, and maintain efficiency in Asana / Notion / Trello.

Creative & Quality Control:

  • Ensure all posts meet brand tone, design quality, and strategic goals.
  • Review and approve final content (visuals, copy, captions, CTAs) before publishing.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to improve content strategy and creative standards.
  • Identify weak points in content quality and provide actionable feedback.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Collaborate with company Project Managers to align campaigns, launches, and key events.
  • Manage day-to-day communication between creative and marketing teams.
  • Ensure smooth information flow, clear feedback, and timely updates.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Collect weekly reports from the SMM managers and analytics Manager and summarize insights
  • Track performance metrics: content volume, consistency, engagement, and completion rates.
  • Suggest optimizations based on performance data.


Implementation & Problem Solving:

  • Quickly resolve small blockers (missing copy, delayed design, incorrect file, etc.).
  • Keep the team focused on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Take full ownership of the publishing pipeline — from planning to results.
Requirements

Experience:
  • 2+ years in a similar role, project management, social media management, or marketing operations.
  • Proven experience managing creative or marketing teams (designers, SMMs, or copywriters).


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media and content marketing workflows.
  • Confident with project management tools (Asana, Notion, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A good eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and fast-paced content cycles.
  • Intermediate or higher English, fluent Russian/Uzbek.

Bonus:

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B marketing.
  • Understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, or campaign reporting.
