Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager

KeyDev is on the lookout for aFacebook (Meta) Ads Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team.

• Set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns in Facebook Business Manager.
• Manage and troubleshoot pixels, custom conversions, and event tracking.
• Build and refine custom audiences and lookalike segments.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids and budgets for optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad relevance and impact.
• Generate detailed reports and provide strategic recommendations.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong knowledge of pixels, event tracking, and audience targeting.
• Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns.
• Analytical skills with experience in Facebook Ads Manager reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with tracking and attribution.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Russian, written and verbal.
