As the overall person in charge of the overseas warehouse, you will shoulder the dual mission of achieving excellence in warehouse operations and refining customer service. You will not only need to ensure the safety, efficiency, and accuracy of daily warehouse operations, but also serve as a key external interface for the company, deeply connecting with and serving our major industry clients. Through excellent fulfillment capabilities and continuous service optimization, you will improve customer satisfaction and consolidate and enhance the company's core competitiveness in the Central Asian market.
Main Responsibilities
1
. Comprehensive Warehouse Operation Management:  Warehouse Planning and Layout: Responsible for the overall functional zoning of the warehouse (such as receiving area, storage area, picking area, packing area, returns area, etc.). Based on the product value, turnover, and complex SKU characteristics, design and optimize location management solutions to maximize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency. 
2. On-site Comprehensive Management: Responsible for the comprehensive coordination and refined management of warehouse personnel, goods, and facilities. 3. Personnel Management: Scientifically schedule, dispatch, and manage personnel performance to ensure efficient collaboration across all positions; supervise and improve the operational team's work standards and efficiency.
4. Goods Management: Ensure the safety and quality of goods at each stage of warehouse operations (storage, handling, picking); implement anti-theft, fire prevention, and moisture control measures to ensure inventory accuracy.
5. Site Management: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment; optimize workflow design to ensure smooth logistics and personnel flow; supervise the daily maintenance and safe operation of facilities and equipment. 
6. Process and SOP Optimization: Lead the development, review, optimization, and standardization of all warehouse operation processes (SOPs), including but not limited to receiving, shelving, inventory management, picking, verification, packing, outbound, and returns processing. Continuously introduce lean management principles to eliminate waste and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the entire supply chain. 
7. Data Monitoring and Performance Management: Establish and monitor key operational indicators (KPIs), such as inventory accuracy, order on-time fulfillment rate, picking accuracy, inventory discrepancy rate, and labor efficiency.
**Data Analysis and Support:
**Identify operational bottlenecks through data analytics to drive decision-making and provide regular operational analysis reports to management.
**Team Building and Management: Responsible for the establishment, training, motivation, and daily management of the localized team, fostering a positive team atmosphere, and enhancing the team's professional skills and overall competence. 3. **Key Account Liaison and Service Assurance
** Directly responsible for daily communication with key industry clients, accurately understanding their needs, managing their expectations, and becoming a trusted operational expert.
**Fulfillment Assurance:Ensure warehouse operational performance meets client requirements, bearing direct responsibility for key indicators such as order processing timeliness and inventory accuracy.
**Service Quality and Relationship Maintenance:Regularly conduct business debriefings with clients, report operational data, collect feedback, and promptly organize internal resources to improve based on client issues and suggestions, continuously enhancing client satisfaction.
**Customized Solutions:Coordinate internal resources to design and implement customized warehousing solutions for the specific needs of key clients (such as packaging, SKU management, and delivery services).
**Safety and Cost Control:As the primary person responsible for warehouse safety, establish and implement strict safety management systems, including equipment operation safety, fire safety, personnel safety, and cargo safety, ensuring zero major safety incidents. 
Cost Control: Responsible for warehouse cost control, including labor costs, consumable costs, equipment maintenance, and miscellaneous operating expenses, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement through meticulous management.  Compliance Management: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with local laws and regulations, labor policies, and customs supervision requirements. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in logistics management, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields. 

Requirements:
Over 5 years of overseas warehouse operation and management experience, including at least 2 years as a warehouse manager or equivalent management position, with priority given to candidates with experience in warehousing management of 3C electronic products or high-value categories. 
roficient in all aspects of warehouse operations, with a deep understanding and practical experience with WMS systems. 
Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using tools such as Excel for data analysis and visualization.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with experience directly liaising with and serving large clients.
Fluent spoken and written English (essential), with preference given to candidates capable of daily work communication.
Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-cultural adaptability; able to motivate and lead a diverse local team.
Strong problem-solving and stress management skills; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
