Broker Operations Manager (операционный менеджер)

Описание:

• Turanga Capital is looking to hire a brokerage operations manager to cover operations of both UAE and Kazakhstan offices of its financial group
• Contracting with a UAE or Kazakhstan-based entity
• Fully remote and/or hybrid (at employee's discretion)

Обязанности:

• Processing of payments, including setup of new payment details and registration of new currency contracts
• Daily cash, securities, trade reconciliations and timely resolution of any discrepancies or breaks in the system/with third parties
• Preparation and submission of settlement instructions to custodians based on executed trades, client non-trading orders and asset relocation
• Monitoring of settlement process and resolution of any related issues
• Reflection of settlement and payment processes, internal and external transactions in internal record keeping system
• Preparation of required management and regulatory reports
• Processing of non-trading orders (cash, securities) of the clients
• Distribution of clients’ reports: daily, monthly, on request
• Supporting of static data in the system: securities, custodians, third parties, trading settings, commissions
• Corporate actions processing
• Communication with custodians, banks, brokers, counterparties, clients to cover all the above mentioned processes
• Cooperation with vendors of used systems for further their enhancement including issues raising, new settings/features requests, testing

• Proficiency in Russian/English

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Operations of broker/custodian

• Understanding of basic types of trades: buysell OTC and DMA, on-exchange derivatives, Repos

• Experience in payments processing with currency control is a plus

• Understanding of the basics of the internal records keeping systems

• Knowledge of the international settlement system and requirements is a plus

• Knowledge of the reconciliation basic principles
