Timely issue tax reports on the following taxes and payments:
calculation of amounts of advance payments on corporate tax (CAT)
calculation of CIT amounts from non-residents held by payments;
CIT declaration;
value added tax (VAT);
property tax, payment for the use of the land plot, transport tax and other taxes and payments to the budget and submit them to the tax authorities;
To exercise control over the preparation of tax reports on the following taxes and deductions: MPC, social tax, individual income tax, social contributions, СSHI, СSHIC.
Acceptance, analysis and control of primary documentation of accounting and tax accounting.
Record and control settlements with suppliers and customers (customers).
Control of proper acceptance and processing of all documents relating to remuneration, compensation and other payments provided for by law, these employment contracts and acts of the Partnership.
Provide users of financial statements with comparable and reliable accounting information.
Monitor the safety of accounting documents, arrange in accordance with the established procedure for transfer to the archive.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations relating to the organization of accounting and tax accounting.
Control cost of sales and work in progress.
Participate in the development of accounting policies in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Accounting and Financial Reporting”, international financial reporting standards, and tax legislation.
Organize accounting and reporting based on the use of modern technical means and information technology, progressive forms and methods of accounting and control.
Develop methodologies, recommendations, documentation on improving accounting reporting.
Generate and timely provide complete and accurate accounting information.
To monitor credit resources taking into account the terms of loans, interest rates and other conditions.
To monitor the financial instruments of second-tier banks.
Take steps to prejudice violation of the law.
Prepare and submit Group financial reports and reports for National Bank.
Perform accounting of operations with nonresidents.
Perform month closing.
To approve contracts in terms of tax risks.
Interact with other government agencies and professional organizations of accountants and auditors on accounting and financial reporting.
Carry out other functions in the field of accounting and financial reporting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Complies with company business practices/ethical policies and EH&C standards.
Ensure that their department’s activities are conducted in accordance with the company’s Flight Safety Policy and Safety Management System (SMS).
Promote and maintain a positive safety culture within their team.
Ensure that employees under their supervision are competent, properly trained, and aware of their safety responsibilities.
Identify, report, and manage safety-related risks within their area of responsibility.
Ensure that any changes in processes, procedures, or personnel are assessed for potential impact on flight safety and communicated to the Safety Manager as needed (Change Management).
Allocate sufficient resources (time, personnel, tools) to meet safety-related requirements and initiatives.
Cooperate with internal safety audits, inspections, and investigations.
Actively participate in safety meetings and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Identify and assess any proposed organizational, technical, or procedural changes that may affect safety or operations.
Evaluate the potential safety impact of changes before implementation
Ability to correctly close monthly/yearly accounts in 1C
Ability to compile reports for the Central Military Representative Office
Experience with SAP (future migration plans) - not critical, but a nice-to-have
Experience conducting audits and creating financial reports
