Demand specialist

Demand forecasting based on historical sales, market trends, promotional activities, seasonality and input from commercial teams;

Maintain optimal stock levels through synchronization of demand plans with supply capabilities;

Analyze and control forecast accuracy and bias, initiate corrective actions where necessary;

Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, contribute with reliable forecast data and scenario analysis;

Perform root cause analysis of service level issues or inventory excess/shortages;

Regularly update master data (lead times, ordering parameters, MOQ, COT/MD+) to ensure planning accuracy;

Monitor supplier performance and flag risks in supply;

Ensure smooth communication and alignment with logistics, warehouse and procurement teams;

Generate and improve planning reports, dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
