Responsibilities:

  • Redirecting telephone calls to management and employees of the organization.
  • Registration of incoming phone calls.
  • Obtaining the necessary information and transmitting authorized information by telephone.
  • Meeting visitors, obtaining primary information about visitors and assisting in organizing their reception by the manager and employees.
  • Keeping a log of visitors.
  • Registering visitors and issuing passes.
  • Facilitate the prompt consideration of requests and suggestions from visitors. Reception and transmission of documents from visitors to the management and employees of the organization.
  • Organization and booking of meeting rooms.
  • Serving a tea (coffee) table in the office.
  • Preparation of drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks).
  • Coordination of the work of couriers and drivers of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience from 1 year
  • Knowledge of English, Russian, Uzbek languages
  • Confident PC user

Conditions:

  • Working schedule 5/2, from 9.00-18.00
