SMM Specialist

We're looking for a creative and thoughtful specialist to help us tell patient stories, promote international healthcare opportunities, and build trust through meaningful content. Working with Medical Avenue means more than just posting—it's about making healthcare more accessible across borders.

Your Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Edit and prepare visual content for social media (no filming required; color grading is a plus).

• Post Design: Create informative and visually appealing image posts (1–2 per week).

• Content Planning: Our content calendar remains mostly the same year over year—it just needs to be adapted to current formats, updated visuals, and the occasional trending topic.

• Strategy: Contribute to the development and refinement of our social media strategy.

• Performance Review: Monitor engagement and adjust content based on performance and audience feedback.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Languages:

  • Russian — Native or proficient

  • English — High proficiency

  • Korean or Kazakh — a plus

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or VN

  • Familiarity with CRM or communication platforms (preferably Slack)

• Personal Qualities:

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset

  • Eagerness to learn about medical tourism and digital marketing

  • Passion for helping others and expanding access to global healthcare
