Operations Executive – Fleet & Customer Management

The Operations Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day fleet and customer operations for a growing peer to peer car rental and attractions booking company. This position ensures smooth coordination between car owners, drivers, customers, and the company’s e-commerce platform to deliver an efficient, reliable, and high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

Oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, including registration, maintenance scheduling, inspection, and documentation.

Maintain strong relationships with car owners and ensure vehicles meet company standards.

Monitor vehicle availability, condition, and utilization to maximize performance.

Coordinate with drivers for daily dispatch, pick-up, and drop-off schedules.

Ensure timely reporting and resolution of vehicle damages, breakdowns, or incidents.

Customer Operations

Manage booking operations through the company’s platform.

Coordinate vehicle handovers, returns, and ensure smooth logistics for each rental.

Communicate effectively with customers to confirm bookings, explain terms, and resolve complaints or issues.

Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance overall satisfaction.

Platform & Process Management

Update and maintain the e-commerce system with accurate data on cars, drivers, and customers.

Ensure all bookings, payments, and operational details are correctly recorded.

Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and customer experience.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

Administration & Reporting

Maintain proper records of fleet operations, service history, and customer feedback.

Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.

Assist in drafting and implementing internal policies and rental procedures.

Support management in strategic decisions related to operations and fleet growth.
