We’re looking for a Head of Brand Design Team to become one of the key guardians of the visual language of our brands — TBC and Payme. This is more than just “making things look nice.” You’ll be shaping a cohesive and recognizable visual identity for the company — from brand guidelines and identity systems to print materials, presentations, websites, photo and video projects, event design, and office spaces.
This role is ideal for a strong designer with artistic sensibility and strategic thinking, someone who can combine taste, expertise, and a systematic approach. We’re looking for a professional who’s not only hands-on but also eager to share knowledge, inspire colleagues, and nurture our in-house design community.
Your Role
Co-own and evolve the visual communication styles of TBC and Payme brands; provide creative/art direction.
Produce (individually or with vendors) print layouts, websites, presentations, photoshoots, videos, merchandise, event branding, internal templates, office wayfinding, and sales materials.
Consult company teams on design-related questions.
Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines across all communication touchpoints.
Help build design expertise and foster artistic diversity within the company’s design community.
