SM/ED Acquisition Coordinator

Due to the organization’s continuous growth and development, we are looking for new talents in Almaty, Kazakhstan for the position of SM/ED Acquisition Coordinator, who’ll contribute to our shared mission and success.

Work location: Almaty, Kazakhstan;

Working time: 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday;

Salary: Based on experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection of Surrogate mothers and Egg Donors;
• Clearly presenting the terms and obligations of the contract to hired candidates including potential fines for non-compliance;
• After primary screening upload donor’s information to the internal database;
• Manage candidate profiles: upload information, correct data, upload required documents, etc.;
• Upload information about hired surrogates and donors into the company’s software before and after medical screening;
• Review the database every 3 months to verify candidate availability;
• Check the validity of signed contracts every 6 months and renewing them if it necessary;
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on hired and rejected candidates for presentation to the supervisor;
• Share the monthly bonus report with direct supervisor and financial department by the 5th of each month.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in costumer service (experience in medical institution will be considered an advantage).
• Higher education in medical or related field;

Personal skills:

• High sence of resposibility;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Punctual and well organized;
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
