Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Connecting with potential candidates online and offline;
• Screening applications and supporting hiring managers;
• Mass recruitment campaigns for junior-level and intern positions;
• Collaborating with the Marketing Department on social media content for employer branding promotion;
• Supporting and participating in the logistics of new hire onboarding programs;
• Working closely with Top Universities.

Requirements:

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field (desirable);
• Proven experience from 2 years as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role;
• Competency-based interviewing skills are a preferable;
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge and experience in ATS programs preferred.
