This is a hybrid role with set of responsibilities in accounting, taxes and other administrative tasks (NO SALES)

We seek someone with strong English, hardworking, and a highly developed attention to detail with accounting expirience!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the accounting manager / team
  • Manage tasks in project management software
  • Manage and update the tasks in CRM, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.
  • Data Entry
  • Outside calls
  • Data Analysis
  • Work with the team to complete various tasks & projects

Expectations:
  • Ability to work following 17:00 to 24:00 (UTC-5)
  • Excellent attention to detail (absolute must)
  • Very Proactive
  • Self Motivated
  • Reliable
  • Always looking for Improvements
  • Able to show continuous curiosity and learning on their own

Preferred Skills:
  • English C1/C2-written and verbal communication in English
  • Outside-of-the-box thinking
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under tight deadlines
  • Excel/Google sheets
  • Experience documenting processes
  • Experience with various CRMs or Project management application
  • ChatGPT Prompting
  • Work experience for a US company (on us time zone)
