Financial controller

About the Company:

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining management accounts for the group of companies in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Preparing monthly financial reports and leading a budgeting process.
• Collaborating with the operations team and conducting regular reconciliations with counterparties.
• Preparing and presenting accurate financial data to the management.
• Supporting audit processes for the group of companies.
• Handling various ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Participation in the implementation process of a new CRM system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager or Accountant (preferably in the UAE).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Native Russian speaker; English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience with Big4 companies will be considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) will be a plus.
• Willingness to work in an office environment in Dubai.
