We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as the General Manager’s Secretary/Personal Assistant.

As the General Manager’s Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing the General Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Serving as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

**IMPORTANT**

Candidates must keep in mind that we work according to Eastern Standard Time (USA).

Work schedule is from Monday through Friday. (Fully Remote)
