Data Drive represents a conglomerate of companies dedicated to revolutionizing the trucking industry. With over 10 years of experience in the American market and a strong presence in Tashkent, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including IT solutions, cutting-edge navigation systems, dispatching, logistics, freight, and vehicle transportation. Our commitment to innovation and adaptability positions us as a leader in connecting every aspect of the trucking industry.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions to prospective customers. Unlike other sales roles, this position does not require you to search for or generate your own leads, we provide a steady, structured pipeline of qualified leads to ensure you always have customers to call.

Schedule: 6PM - 3AM (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers from provided leads.
  • Present, promote, and sell our software products using strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored software solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales strategies and conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Required competences:

  • Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required, as full training will be provided.
  • Conversational level of English and Russian (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work consistently during evening and night shifts.
