Chief accountant

For international trading company Chief Accountant is needed

Responsibilities:

• Team
• Smart target setting for direct reports
• Monitoring direct reports’ personal and team’s efficiency
• Providing objective and reasoned appraisal for direct reports
• Tax risk analysis
• Tax planning
• IFRS Reporting
  • All the way through processes design and implementation mind Internal Control Requirements drawn to Control Activities
• Acting Deputy Chief Accountant:
  • Monthly general ledger closing and all applicable monthly / quarterly /annual statutory, tax and statistical reporting
  • Full annual statutory audit coordination / tax audits coordination
• KPI Culture implementation and follow-up
• Internal Processes design & implementation:
  • Monitor Actual versus Budget standing
  • Manage working capital effectively (including Outstanding Receivables Collection)
• Preparation for Annual Internal Control Reporting
• Salary calculation

Requirements:

• Proven academic background
• Finance KPI awareness, existence of practical experience of implementation of KPI scale
• At least 8-year experience in Deputy Chief Accountant or Chief Accountant position!
• Knowledge of accounting methodology, currency control framework and all applicable taxes
• International experience not less then 3-5 years on leading positions
• ENGLISH is the must
