In this role, you will be responsible for proactively generating business, nurturing client relationships, and managing the sales process for all conference and catering events. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to contribute to the growth of our successful event services

Key responsibilities

  • Sales and business development: Respond promptly and professionally to all conference and catering inquiries, providing compelling proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Conduct property tours and client meetings to showcase the venue's facilities and services.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire event planning process from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Event coordination & Administration: Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to coordinate all event logistics, including menu planning, room setup, and audiovisual requirements.
    • Prepare and manage accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and other necessary paperwork, ensuring clear communication across all relevant departments.
    • Oversee the seamless execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction and handling any issues that arise with professionalism.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and client information in the software and prepare reports, as necessary and requested

Candidate profile:

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the hospitality, hotel, or event venue industry.
  • Languages proficiency is a must: Uzbek, English, Russian
  • Soft skills:
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple events simultaneously under pressure
    • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on event needs
