Organization of private and business trips of the head "turnkey" (visa support, booking and ordering tickets, hotels, transfers);
Fulfillment of personal, family orders head (interaction with the driver, house staff);
Providing a full range of administrative support to the manager: receiving phone calls, planning of the working day, organization and assistance in negotiations, sending and receiving documents, preparing letters, presentations and various documents upon request;
Working with VIP-level projects, and promptly solving tasks;
Planning the schedule of the manager;
The most important thing in the duties of a personal assistant is to work ahead of those tasks that may come a little later.
Requirements:
Experience working with first responders for 3 years or more;
High level of spoken English;
Ability to quickly understand and comply with any assignments of an official or domestic nature, to delve deeply into the problem, to draw conclusions and suggestions;
Willingness to be available 24/7 (adequate attitude to the time frame);
Shrewdness and ability to understand the manager at a glance;
Advanced level of work with Microsoft Office applications;
Skills in writing progress reports, office correspondence, and negotiating;
Ability to negotiate with all and about everything;
Ability to quickly find relevant information in search engines, analyze and briefly state the essence in writing;
