Role Description

The Admin Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day office management, HR activities, procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Previous experience in a relevant role

Responsibilities:

  • Organization of supplies to office and sites;
  • Organization air/rain tickets for business trip of employees;
  • Hotel arrangement;
  • Transportation arrangement;
  • Preparation and submission of employee purchasing applications;
  • Negotiating and concluding contracts;
  • Participation for meeting;
  • HR activities (teambuilding, birthday parties etc).
