Full Stack Developer (Node.js, TypeScript, SQL)

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team for a long-term project.

The customer is an American company that develops and implements innovative technological solutions in the field of veterinary medicine and pet care. The company designes unique DNA tests for dogs that provide owners with complete information about the breed of their pets, potential health risks and unique features of the animal.

We offer 100% remote, full-time work with a flexible schedule.

Main tasks: Refactoring and adapting existing Express.js and Node.js middleware to integrate with the SurveySparrow API. Updating the React-based UI, reconfiguring Airflow workflows, developing and executing comprehensive test suites and work closely with Data Engineers.

Skills required:

• 5+ years of experience in development and programming using Node.js, Express.js, React
• Strong experience with TypeScript and SQL
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience with third-party APIs, specifically SurveySparrow
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar task scheduling tools
• Understanding data modeling concepts and data warehousing principles
• Experience with Qualtrics and AWS will be a bonus
• Strong spoken and written English skills (Intermediate level and more)
