CENTRAL ASIAN UNIVERSITY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, planning and managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the production and placement of advertising materials. This role requires a strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and effective budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various communication channels.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with designers to create and coordinate advertising materials.
- Manage the marketing budget and assess the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on key metrics.
- Utilize monitoring data for feedback and propose strategic planning and tactics adjustments.
- Oversee the development, production, and placement of POS materials.
- Conduct in-depth and quantitative market research.
- Manage marketing communications effectively.
