Senior Golang Developer

The company looking for a Senior Backend Engineer experienced in Go (Golang) to join their team building a modern insurance platform. Their backend is built with Go, and services communicate via gRPC. You’ll play a key role in shaping the software architecture, improving performance, and ensuring scalability.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement backend services in Go using gRPC
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure APIs
• Optimize and maintain system performance and reliability

• 4+ years of backend development experience, with strong Go skills
• Solid understanding of gRPC, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech or insurance systems
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tools

• A remote start: You will begin working remotely from Uzbekistan for the first three/four months.
