Senior Business System Analyst

A global product company developing cloud-based business management software is expanding its R&D team in Serbia.

We are looking for Senior Business System Analysts to join R&D teams in Serbia. You can apply for one of three tracks:

• Construction (ERP for the construction industry)

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management systems)

• Platform (Platform Analytics and cross-team collaboration)

Please note: this role can be performed remotely only if you are currently based in Serbia or ready to relocate to Serbia.

Responsibilities

• Engage with product managers, partners, and customers to analyze business scenarios and elaborate product needs

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and test engineers to implement new features and improvements

• Perform acceptance testing, verify bug fixes, and create test scenarios

• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and support customers and partners

• Demonstrate features and enhancements, gather and process feedback

• Cooperate with product managers on product backlog elaboration

For Platform track additionally:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from multiple stakeholders

• Design mockups and wireframes (Figma or similar)

• Model and optimize business processes (use cases, user stories, UML diagrams)

• Coordinate work across several teams, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery

• Participate in the release cycle and prepare release notes

• Work with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system/business analysis and functional specification design

• ERP experience is required (for Construction track)

• 3+ years of experience in CRM domain (for CRM track)

• Strong background in process modeling, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communication

• Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams, writing test scenarios, and performing acceptance testing

• Knowledge of SQL and system integrations (for Platform track)

• Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence (for Platform track)

• Higher technical education in IT, systems analysis, or related fields

• Strong English communication and technical writing skills (Russian is a plus)
