Consumer Market Intelligence Manager, Central Eurasia based in Almaty.

Working under the supervision of the Brand Business Leader and in close collaboration with brand marketing and media team, CMI manager will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making by transforming complex market, consumer, and competitive insights into clear strategic recommendations. This role bridges marketing, sales, and category teams to ensure that business strategies are grounded in a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand performance

Main responsibilities include:

  • Lead market analysis using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor, etc) and internal performance metrics.
  • Lead Brand Health tracking reports to deepen understanding brand metrics and opportunities to drive key brand KPI’s
  • Identify emerging consumer trends, category growth opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support brand strategy, innovation, pricing, and go-to-market plans
  • Manage research projects (quantitative and qualitative) to deepen understanding of consumer motivations and preferences.

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, trade, and finance to optimize portfolio and channel performance.

Critical competencies:

  • 1year+ of relevant CMI experience
  • Team player, strong analytical skills, result oriented and initiativ
  • Good command of Excel
  • English - Upper-intermediate
