Excellent English (spoken and written) at C1–C2 level
Experience in sales of furniture, interior solutions, or home products (lighting, decor, textiles, kitchen accessories, home appliances) — from 6 months
Ability to sell your own expertise and build trusting relationships so that clients follow your recommendations
Experience working with CRM (6+ months, Bitrix24 is a plus)
Skills in upselling, consultative sales, and handling objections
Attentiveness, openness, and a genuine desire to help people create a cozy home
Fully remote work — from anywhere in the world
Full-time job, shift schedule 2/2, 12-hour shifts
1-hour lunch break during the shift, scheduled at your own convenience
Monthly payments: base salary + % from sales (progressive bonus — the higher the performance, the higher the percentage)
