Responsibilities
- Manage and support the full HR cycle: from onboarding to employee development and offboarding.
- Design, organize, and conduct employee training sessions and development programs.
- Corporate Culture & Communications: drive initiatives to strengthen company values, foster employee engagement, and support organizational culture through events and communications.
- Employee Relations: handle workplace issues, provide consultation to employees and managers on labor and employment matters, and ensure a positive working environment.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related position (for Middle) / 5+ years (for Senior).
- Strong expertise in HR processes, policies, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Experience in driving HR initiatives and implementing best practices.
