Windows Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support a fleet of approximately 20 virtual machines hosted in the cloud;
• Manage Active Directory, including defining user groups and implementing Group Policies;
• Handle user and asset management, which includes managing file shares, domains, and network infrastructure;
• Plan and execute the re-launch of the domain controller for our Minsk branch (servicing around 200 users), including mirroring, backup, and restoration procedures;
• Collaborate with other IT specialists to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our systems;

Preferred Experience

• Experience with virtual machine management in a cloud environment;
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy administration;
• Proven experience with domain controller management;
• Familiarity with network infrastructure;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues;
